Used 2008 Evo GSR with low miles. $42k.
edit: it appears to be heavily modded, which of course doesn’t increase the value. Two canisters of NOS in the trunk makes it hit even higher crack pipe levels imo.

Maybe if it was a final edition but this thing is only worth about half that

Ya I hadn’t seen that but I don’t think a car this heavily modded with NOS in the back is worth more. In fact it makes the crack pipe levels increase lol

some mods dont add value yes (those stickers and that CAI, no.
but a full roll cage and a fuel cell is a little different.
looks like racing brakes. and a proper set of wheels too.
CP...but not by as much as you would think.
also, with THAT level of mods, this isnt a car that was beaten and abused. driven hard, sure. but i’m will to be that it was also meticulously maintained.

ya perhaps my opinion is changing on it.
I just see the twin cans of NOS in it and I fear it immedaitely.

ya I don’t imagine the owner was driving miss daisy with it, lol. I imagine those are near the hardest 2.5k miles possible in a used evo lol.

Yeah 42k is stretching it quite a bit

It’s being sold as offbrand at an Acura dealerhsip. They wouldnt take it in and price it that way of they didnt think it would sell for close to asking price. Dealerships are not in the business of losing money. They proabably took it in for $36K-$38K AND are hoping to sell for $40k or above. This is a risky car for inventory, so I’m sure they left plenty of cushion and are confident it will sell.

What the hell are the back seats doing there? Can’t sit in them, and that’s extra weight. I’m so confused.
